Amazingly good and all naturalMar 14, 2009

I've loved this ever since I was first introduced to it 8-9 years ago, but getting it has been a chore. This is a traditional marmalade with all natural ingredients. The grapefruit is a very nice change from more common orange or lime marmalades. It's finely shredded, and the consistency is a soft gel, not an unnaturally rubbery texture like products made with corn syrup and gobs of artificial gelling agents. This is as close to homemade as you can get.
