Perfect blend of sweet & tangySep 08, 2008

I've never been one to like jams or preserves. I thought I'd try this one though because I do like ginger. This is DELICIOUS!! Not too overpowering from the ginger(like some of the other ginger jam blends out there), and not too tangy or sour from the rhubarb; it's just perfect! I will definitely buy this one again. I love it on toast for breakfast with a cup of coffee or as an afternoon snake with a cup of tea.

great jam...spicey,crisp just a little sweet.
maybe not the best for breakfast but perfect
for afternoon tea.
