I love this stuff. I love limes- I find it the flavor a bit more complex than orange or lemon- and they make a wonderful marmalade. This marmalade isn't bitter like orange marmalade is, and isn't as tart/sweet as a lemon curd would be. A great subtle flavor, and much more grown-up flavor than a berry jam. A wonderful indulgence on a Sunday morning, it practically begs for crumpets and champagne.

I can't find lime marmalade anywhere in stores, so I was very excited to find it on Amazon. I'm addicted to this stuff. And it's not just for spreading on toast. It makes the most excellent PB&Js and I also use it to make wonderful Asian dipping sauces. It's incomparable.

the marmalade was delivered on time and packaged beautifully. it's something i used to be able to buy at stop&shop and then they stopped selling it several years ago. i don't know why, but this year i wanted to give my mom her favorite lime marmalade. my son suggested amazon.com and there it was. so easy. two jars for $11.00. my mom loved it! she is one of these people who doesn't need much, so when i find something she likes i stick with it. i give it five stars and will probably order it again next year. thanks amazon.com. kyle n. demers

Alright, maybe this product won't bring about world peace, but spread on a toasted English muffin, it makes a darn fine morning.
Roses Lime Marmalades is tart and sweet, but not too sweet. The flavor of lime shines through most of all.
