I make the best marmalade in Northern CaliforniaSep 27, 2010
By Arrius I was delighted to know that you stock this, or have access to it, since I have been told in the past that the Government no longer allows its importation, because of some alleged deficiency in the "food coloring"; this being a natural product, I was unaware that such an ingrediaant existed. Now all my friends love me again! Please stock the "thick Cut" Variety too, and you will have a lifetime customer

By Cathryn I have used MaMade as the basis of marmalade for a number of years. It saves time and effort and produces a tasty marmalade which I share with friends at Christmas.
Mamade: 8 jars of delicious marmaladeJun 30, 2011
By Jean H.Hill I love Mamade marmalade mix because I just need to add sugar and the amount of water marked on the can and I'm on my way! It is the best product Amazon.com sells. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes to can during the summer, and since it comes in a can, the winter as well. I make a lot of jars of jam and pickles--old fashioned I guess. I think I will send a batch to each of my children for Christmas this year, with a suggestion that because we are all comfortable financially, we should probably skip presents and instead all chip in and make a charitable contribution of the money we would have spent on presents.
Problems for diabetics searching for great marmalades.Jun 10, 2011
By Richard Mccrystal The Marmade Mix is great. My problem is to find a sweetener that is not sugar cane based and can thicken the marmalade. I can but carry on.
