Don't let the other less than stellar review dissuade you on purchasing OXO beef cubes. They are so tasty without having any kind of sweet, overly salty or blandness which some boullion cubes can have. This is the classic beef broth in the UK. In fact, you can crumble one of these in a cup, add some boiling water and have an instant beef broth, which you can actually enjoy! I cannot say that about any other similar product. I use it in soups, stews, shepherd's pie, anything you want a nice beefy flavor in.
Highly recommended, just wish the price and shipping was more reasonable :(

Love OXO cubes. They're great for stews and all sorts of meat dishes. Also great as a hot drink. They crumble easily in your fingers so you're guaranteed virtually no lumps. Just make sure you crumble it well.
